By recycling heat between seasons, they lower energy bills, reduce fossil fuel use, and offer a smart, sustainable alternative to traditional HVAC.
How Geothermal Works
Geothermal systems take advantage of consistent underground temperatures to deliver efficient, year-round heating and cooling.

Clean and consistent heating and cooling powered by the earth beneath your building
While outdoor temperatures rise and fall with the seasons, the ground a few feet below the surface stays relatively constant throughout the year — warmer than winter air, cooler than summer heat. Geothermal systems use this reliable underground energy to heat and cool buildings with remarkable efficiency.
In the summer, a system of underground pipes circulates
fluid that captures excess heat from the building and transfers it into the cooler ground, where it’s naturally stored.
Then in the winter, the fluid absorbs the stored heat from the ground and draws it back up to warm the building.
This energy is transferred to a geothermal heat pump inside your building, where it’s used to efficiently warm or cool the air.
Why Geothermal Works for Your Building
Geothermal heating and cooling isn’t just about sustainability. It’s about smart economics, long-term comfort, and future-ready buildings.
